Abstract: He who flies by night : the story of Grey Owl tells the true story of how Englishman Archie Belaney fulfilled his childhood fantasy of living in Canada's North, adopting many traditions of the First Nations People. He transformed himself into Wa-Sha-Quon-Asin or "Grey Owl," living with the animals of the forest and coming to love and respect the beauty and balance of nature. Children will love reading of how he lives with his two beaver friends, Jelly Roll and Rawhide, and how part of their beaver lodge was built right up through the floor of his cabin at Ajawaan Lake, Prince Albert National Park, Saskatchewan!

Le Silence―une présence chaleureuse et réconfortante―se blottit douillettement comme un chat dans un rayon de soleil et nous aide à lire, à réfléchir et àtre calmes. Le Silence est un ami de l’Obscurité. Ensemble, ils adoucissent les contours déchiquetés laissés par le passage du Bruit et relâchent doucement dans la nuit les bateaux chargés de nos rêves. Quand la journée devient pénible ou que certaines émotions prennent trop de place, le Silence se glisse à côté de nous.

Abstract: Larry fa il paesaggista: disegna e realizza giardini e parchi, e la sua specialità sono i labirinti. E proprio il labirinto sembra essere il simbolo della sua vita, l'apparentemente semplice, normale esistenza di un uomo medio. I suoi rapporti con i genitori, la sorella, con le due donne che l'hanno sposato e da cui ha divorziato e con il figlio sono altrettanti percorsi, intricati e ostacolati da apparenti vicoli ciechi, ma rigogliosi e colorati come le siepi che Larry progetta. Vent'anni della sua vita, che culminano con una festa indimenticabile.
